Before starting the academic classes, we conduct a small technical orientation training where we explain about tools and troubleshooting as well as make sure that your system is working fine and there will not be any problem during the live session. If a student faces a technical problem, he/ she can just message to the administrator (contact details of the administrator will be available to the student), and the administrator will then help in resolving the technical issue.
All the group live classes are recorded for future reference, if a student misses any class due to any reason then he/ she can access the recorded class later at any time
For regular classes after admission, you can login through your student account credentials provided by us.
Yes, we have the feature in our online platform that provides live interaction between teacher and student during the online sessions. To ask any question, a student can either write in the chat box provided in the platform or can request the tutor to provide the audio controls through the chat box.
Yes. The advanced tricks and tips to crack the PTE exam with the desired score will be shared during LIVE sessions, these can be further revisited as recordings of the sessions will be available. Refund Policy We have a 3-days refund policy for Online Coaching. (Note: During these three days, you shall not be allowed to access the 5 scored tests). Only technical and valid refund requests shall be entertained & PTE Tutorials’ decision shall be considered final.
We do not have a refund policy for any practice materials purchased. For additional services like Scored tests, test evaluation services, correction services, and other services, you can initiate the request within 24-hours of the purchase. (Note: You must not have used any of these services)
As a part of the standard package, we provide three scored full length mock tests. The package can be upgraded and student can avail more mock tests for rigorous practice.
Yes, you can send your questions/issues/concerns on our support email-id, which will be shared with the concern tutor; either it will be discussed during the live session, or you will receive the reply through an email with a complete solution.
Assignments/ Tasks are given after the end of every class. You can submit your answers to the tutor via the support email or the online chat platform suggested by the tutor.
